FORCE is designed to provide the structure necessary to develop Florida's organics recycling infrastructure and to support it with research and development of processing and marketing technologies.

The annual reports below describe the events and activities that have taken place during each year of the FORCE project. Similar to the Annual Operating Plans, the reporting periods for the Annual Reports extend from March 21 - March 20.
