An important goal of FORCE is to serve as a unified voice of the Florida Organic Recycling industry and to promote statewide organics recycling in Florida through the enhancement of organics processing, research, marketing, education and utilization.

To accomplish this purpose, a clear understanding of the industry's current needs is essential. A long range plan for a state wide program will be developed based on the results of the Organics Processing Facility Survey results.
